This long aspired endeavor will enrich the lives of many disadvantaged populations within my local San Diego/ La Jolla community.
My past employment profile comprises of astute abilities in critical thinking, writing, communication, consulting, legal research, assessment, and executive administrative and general office procedures. Since the commencement of my Undergraduate studies, I have been employed in a variety of settings such as Business, Legal, Sales, Tourism/Hospitality and Health fields.
Academically, I strongly believe that I would be an asset to Argosy University, San Diego curriculum due to past achievements initially in the field of nursing (20 years), followed by engaging into assessing and educating family and women’s nutritional health clientele as a small business owner, wife and mother
of two daughters. However, it is my aspiration to meet the complex psychological needs of my local community by achieving licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Counselor while integrating
theories, ethical principles and applications of the vast knowledge base I have acquired to date from
my Undergraduate Major in Psychology with Argosy University, Honolulu, Hawai’i. My passion has always focused on solidifying the family unit and young adults.
In summation, my past personal, professional employment profile combined with my progressive academia (Cumulative GPA 3.45) will enhance future achievement while providing a rich heritage not only for my personal enrichment but provide beneficence to multi-ethnic populations and young adults within the radius of this San Diego metropolitan city and La Jolla communities.
Respectfully,
Susan Gendron
2472 B Street, Apt.
