Inspire Selection is delighted to welcome a new Senior Recruiter into the team - Ross Hicks has
over 10 years’ experience in the financial services recruitment sector, predominantly in London.
His first role was at Michael Page and subsequently he worked at Robert Half and has also run
his own recruitment agency.
Ross has an extensive database of contacts/clients in boutique to mid-sized investment banks and
corporate finance houses across MENA, Europe and North America. He recruits mid to senior
level investment bankers, corporate financiers (M&A ECM & DCM) generalists and specialist
sectors to include real estate, renewables, oil and gas, and mining. Ross also covers private
equity, real estate finance, senior debt and mezzanine debt, hedge funds, fund of funds and
principle investment roles.
Between 2010 - 2014 Ross worked directly for a US (New York) based boutique investment
bank. He specialized in originating and funding renewable energy projects to include mini
hydro, wind, solar, waste to energy and REDD forestry projects. He looked at Real Estate
advisory, project finance and port and infrastructure projects.
