      На различните мениджмънт нива са необходими различен набор от 
      умения, за да бъде гарантирано постигането на организационните цели. 
      Всеки мениджър използва някакви концептуални, технически умения 
      или умения за работа с хора.  
       
      В зависимост от йерархичното ниво обаче, тези три умения имат                     Йерархични 
      различна тежест. При избора на обучение за управленския персонал, 
      всяка компания трябва да има предвид нивото и степента на важност на              нива в
