1) ReachOut2.0 is a non-profit Christian organization founded in 1988 to serve the elderly and children. It has a board of 14 directors overseeing various roles in planning an event at Rumah Charis home.
2) The board held 6 meetings to prepare games, solicit sponsors, and finalize the event schedule for visiting Rumah Charis. Sponsors donated prizes, snacks and station props.
3) On event day, the group arrived at Rumah Charis and split 50 children into groups to participate in crafts, grocery shopping, and hospital role-play games. They also provided consultation activities for teenagers. All children received souvenirs donated by sponsors.

4. BEFORE THE EVENT
We have a few meetings to ensure the event goes smoothly. These include
preparation props for game stations,
look out for sponsors, wrapping up the gifts, etc.
Total of 6 meetings have been carried out, conducted by Commander, Na Yeow Sing,
assisted by Deputy Commander, Lee Chun Yee.
