Godinama putujući po različitim meridijanima Beba je sretala zanimljive ljude, putnike i pustolove. Prepoznavali su se i momentalno privlačili svojim sličnim životnim pričama, dečijom radoznalošću i gotovo neutaživim porivom za otkrivanje nečeg novog i nepoznatog.
Prošle godine je putujući po jugoistočnoj Aziji po prvi put posetila Indoneziju. U njoj je svašta nešto videla, naučila, doživela, po prvi put iskusila, čula, probala i otkrila. Očekivala je tirkizno plavo more, koralne grebenove, neprohodne džungle i zanimljiv životinjski svet. Iščekivala je susret sa svedocima vekovima duge istorije i tradicije, sa fascinantnim hramovima i svetskim kulturnim nasleđem. Nadala se predivnoj hrani, mističnoj muzici i čuvenim indonežanskim igrama senki. Znala je da su pred njom epski duga putovanja, tragovi prirodnih katastrofa i sveprisutno materijalno siromaštvo.
No ono što nije očekivala su osmesi Indonežana. Nigde nije pročitala da se muškarci smeju očima, žene licem a deca celim bićem – od srca ka srcu. Niko nije uspeo da joj na pravi način dočara gostoljubivost, srdačnost, toplinu i otvorenost Indonežana. A onda kada je sve to osetila i doživela shvatila je da je ovo tek prva u nizu njenih budućih poseta Indoneziji.
Jasmina je predstavila različita lica Indonezije: lice stvaralaštva, lice razaranja i lice nade.
CONGRAD projekat se bavi potrebama visokoobrazovnih ustanova u Srbiji, Crnoj Gori i Bosni i Hercegovini u cilju poboljšanja strateškog menadžementa i samoevaluacionih kapaciteta ovih ustanova uspostavljanjem sistema prikupljanja kontakt podataka diplomiranih studenata i sprovođenjem redovnih istraživanja o diplomiranim studentima.

6. Key stakeholders in programming - main roles and
responsibilities (1)
NIPAC / NIPAC TS
• The role of the National IPA Coordinator (NIPAC) is performed by the Minister in charge
of European integration
• Department for planning, programming, monitoring and reporting on EU funds and
development assistance of the SEIO has been designated for the NIPAC Technical
Secretariat (NIPAC TS)/Body for Coordination of Programming, Monitoring and
Evaluation (BCPME)
• The department also performs coordination of other development assistance in Serbia.
The central role and responsibility of the NIPAC/NIPAC TS is coordination of the
entire programming process of the IPA II assistance and acting as a central focal
point for communication with the EC / EUD regarding the IPA funds.
7. Key stakeholders in programming - main roles and
responsibilities (2)
AUTHORIZED APPLICANTS
line ministries and special organizations, Government services, independent national
institutions the National Parliament and the National Bank of Serbia.
• Participating in planning and identifying goals and priorities for financing from IPA II
assistance
• Proposing activities and actions in the process of preparation of SPDs
• Technical preparation of the draft ADs
• Submitting to the NIPAC TS draft and final versions of the ADs
• Participating in the work of the SWGs
• Taking care that actions to be financed are not overlapping with conducted actions in
order to ensure synergy of actions and activities that are financed from public funds and
funds from other development partners
With regards to the independent national institutions, responsible directly to the National
Assembly and the institutions representing judicial authority, their potential proposals of
actions/activities are discussed and prepared in direct consultations with NIPAC/NIPAC
TS.

CIVIL SOCIETY ORGANISATIONS AND OTHER NATIONAL STAKEHOLDERS (e.g. AP
Vojvodina, City of Belgrade, SKGO)
Their role primarily includes collaboration and active participation with authorised applicants
in planning and identifying goals and priorities for financing from IPA II assistance. NIPAC TS
ensures appropriate participation of civil society organisations in the programming process
through SECO consultation mechanism.
REPRESENTATIVES OF DEVELOPMENT PARTNERS / DONOR COMMUNITY
Participate in the programming process by providing data on expected aid in the next three
year period, as well as on procedures, regulations and priority fields of intervention.
Beside consultations with representatives from donor community, their coordination is also
secured through the mechanism of SWGs.
