TEAMS AGILITY?

4. DETAILS OF THE ACTIVITY
 Lets be self organized and form teams of equal size (+/- 1 or 2)
 Identify scrum master for the team
 Give a name to the team and raise your hands & shout out the name of the
team (No duplicate)
 Scrum master to pick up the cards
 Couple of boundaries (not rules) to be followed:
 Max 90 seconds to take a decision per item
 Scrum master to facilitate
 Read the details on the card loud and clear
 Everyone should at least read 1 card during the activity
 Team should decide the level not the scrum master
 Scrum master to make note of items which took more than 90 seconds
 Scrum values to be respected (Focus, Openness, Respect, Courage,
Commitment)
