  3. 3. Three Key characteristics: • It has enough value that people are willing to use it or buy it initially • It demonstrates enough future benefit to retain early adopters • It provides a feedback loop to guide future development
  4. 4. • Team of ~10 members • Team consist of atleast 1 PO and 1 SM. • 3 sprints, each of 10 mins.
