At first thank you for giving me an opportunity on introduce myself
I am Shah Md. Sazzad Mahmud. I have completed my Graduation in marketing from Daffodil
international university. And also completed my MBA in Marketing HRM from Daffodil
International University. Now I am studying PGD HRM from Bangladesh institute of
Management. I think only education cannot build up my career and interpersonal skill. That’s
why I have doing some course or activity which can help to develop my career in future career.
Now I am doing my job as a Junior Executive in HR & Admin Department of SEOPAGE1 IT
solution for 3 years. And in my whole career I want to develop my career in best way. And from
beginning of my career also doing job in GEO Steel Bd. Ltd. In Marketing Department. That was
very helping for boosting my career. And that time I can understood which field is best for me
to develop my career.
So I energetic and have a strong interpersonal skills which can develop my personality by well
mannered. So I think if I can get a chance in a well reputed and more spreading company then
I can develop my career in a better position. Because without interpersonal skill no one can
develop own career in a better position so that’s why I want to develop my career which way a
marketer can judge myself to such a well organization which I want.
And in my present company I am well organized team player which badly need in any
organization. Because in any company these type of employees are more important than other
person who are not accurate and haven’t any experience. So this is why I want to develop my
career in that way.

After completed my Graduation I have started my career since 2018 to present. And that’s are
different for different time. So as a student of marketing I have joined in an company which is

So in My organizational career I have found many types of problem which I can handle easily.
And that’s why I can improve my career in many ways. And now my target is to better position
where I can handle more critical situation and develop my career in best position.

My strongest part is I can define a problem and work it through to completion.
And my weakest Part is I enjoy training people how to do things and coaching them to success.

My weakest part is I enjoy training people how to do things and coaching them to success.
In this position there have some concept of mine. And in this part my score is 5 which is lower
than other part. So at first I want to say. By teaching or training no one can develop himself. If
besides training any employee cannot facedany problem that time no one can develop himself.
Teaching or training one kind of theory. That cannot develop accurately. At first you think when
any employee faced any problem by doing physically. That time he or she at first think how can
I solve this problem. That time he can find out various types of way. And then they can solve
the problem. Which help to increase their experience. But he or she want to solve that problem
by theoretically sometimes he cannot find out the solution which creates more problem on his
5. future knowledge. So if we can develop my skill at first set up training and teaching systemin a
new format. Then I can develop my skill very easily.
But sometime we are facing problem. And that time we can develop theoretical knowledge.
Which we gain from our experience and then the employee can handle that situation by
following theoretical knowledge. So I want to develop my skill day by day depend on all types
of experience. So that could be take long time to develop this type of category. Because it is
helpful to develop my career also.

So my weakest Part is I enjoy training people how to do things and coaching them to success.
In this field I cannot follow accurately. And I am enjoyed some field. This is why I cannot enjoy
fully. So for recover my skill at first I have to take 1 year time period because without interest I
cannot fulfill my skill. At first need to grow up my activity in accurate way. Then following
essential steps to develop my career. In every sector need to train up own self. Then from
interest you can develop the skill to setup and enjoy the career. When an employee want to
develop and coaching them to success at first need to gained knowledge. So my knowledge
must have to collect from another training or gain from own study. At first need to know the
procedure then I can enjoy everything by setup my procedure. Without attractive activity no
one can enjoy the training and then they cannot learn accurately. So we must have to know
about the training procedure.
