I been – supervisor – past 3 months.
Formal investigation – asked - by the management:
            All Company workers - meeting the
  standards - which are set.
            Rajat`s performance - 80% good – and –
  20% less when compare to others.
            How to guide and motivate ?
1.As Rajat`s supervisor, can you find out whether the poor
performance is due to poor training or to some other cause ?
