The document describes the problems faced by the staff of a student publication called Infocus Publication in managing articles and files. 2.  Staff uses party website to send articles and
sometimes directly to the chief editor. These result to
scattered and unorganized files.
 Some published news articles were spoiled because
they run over due date.

at least twice per semester.

read by the users through the internet.

4. The proposed system has the following capabilities:
 Adding and saving records of new staff as well as
viewing their profile.
 Would also have an interface where users can
compose articles and send them to the designated
proofreaders account for further analysis and
revisions.
 The system will also provide pages for different
categories such as News, Editorials, Features,
Entertainment, Sports, etc.

5.  It could also store, search and edit articles; Sort them
by date or titles and; Can be mark as published or
unpublished.
 Every staff will have their own account for proper
access of shared website contents.
