2. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The purpose of this report was to understand
the basic concept of group dynamics and
henceforth examine the preferred learning
styles, interpersonal relations and effects, and
member’s behavior and effects.
The major findings indicate that Mapmy needs
to develop as an independent organization in
terms of initiative and responsibilities as
compared to the crowd at Google AdWords.

A group may be defined as a number of individuals who join
together to achieve goals that cannot be achieved by them alone.
The term “group dynamics” refers to the interactions between
people who are talking together in a group setting.
