1. Script.
Basic Directions –
EXT. WOODS. MORNING.
BODY is introduced – dropped in front of camera.
Titles appear on screen.
KILLER begins to hum/whistle with shovel over his back.
BODY is continuously Moaning/groaning – no words. KILLER “shhhh” – nicely/creepily
KILLER dumps body and brushes down his hands jollily.
KILLER places headphones in his ears and upbeat, non-diegetic music plays. (No diegetic sounds are
heard, just the song plays.
KILLER sees the body moving and walks over.
There is a build-up in the music and at the pinnacle moment KILLER attempts to hit BODY with a
shovel.
Music stops. Cuts to movie name “UXOR”
Funeral bell sounds – KILLER stood mourning over BODY contently.
