Providing BTS support & guiding the field team to overcome BSS related problems.(like configuration & SW up
gradations, E1 Cross Connections & Transmission issues)

implementing various configuration changes in the network.. 

newly added sites and adding in monitoring criteria.
Fault Localization/Correction/Verification and Corrective Maintenance in BSS Nodes. Conducting network
surveillance, takes ownership of faults, manage & resolve the fault with minimal outage. 
Liaise with Care regarding critical network outages. Liaise with subcontractors, 3rd parties And other service
providers to resolve faults. 
Supports Major/Critical Service outage investigations and follow up. Ensures planned outages are carried
out/rolled back in maintenance window.

3. Daily Health check of BSC and reduction of Service Affecting / degrading active alarms. 
Trouble-shooting and resolution of customer complaints. (GPRS, Traffic & Config. Issues etc.) 
Regular software backups, user administration, Preventive maintenance (Diagnosis and of all 
The virtual units) and Troubleshooting of faulty hardware in BSCs. 
Perform audit of Network performance using PM reports (Worst performing cells, sleeping cells, Zero call
cells, HW Issues, etc) that creates impact on Quality of the network. Analyze KPI ,Reports, Real Time reports,
alarm related reports, outage reports & fix the issues immediately .
Based on severity to minimize the network outage to ensure maximum network availability. 
