across GDC, India.

Job Profile: Main Responsibility Areas / Key tasks:
 Leading a Team for Support of LTE Radio Networks across the GDC India.
 Troubleshooting NSN L-RAN equipment’s i.e.NodeB, eNode-B, ioms and their
interfaces & investigation to solve the problem according to SLA.
 Handling and troubleshooting the interfaces of eNode-B towards Core Network (S1) and
between eNode-B’s (X2).
 Take support and Escalate issues to R&D Product line for unsolved issues, and
implement the patches in the network provided by Product support team.
 Multi radio BTS support whereas involved RF sharing technical support based on LTE &
3G technology.
 Strong knowledge in KPI analysis for 3G and 2G using NetAct
 Tracking HW issues and defining proper correction action about implementation
process to minimize the network KPI issues.
 Symptom saving, detailed traces & log file analysis of System.
 Project rollout and equipment planning and handling the customer meeting along with
management to complete rollout as per guideline.
 Preventive maintenance of network whereas involve to check day to day operation,
health check of network, fault & alarm monitoring and further investigation.
 Local CIT/customer support: Care/ NI /field activities customer acceptance tests, trials,
pilot projects as per international environment.
 Contribution to defining, testing and delivering resolutions and workarounds

 Implementing NOC operation activities like configuration changes, fault management &

Automatic Neighbor Relation definition, LTE site Optimize through optimizer & change
ENB parameters as per RF requirement, LTE Active alarms analysis, rectification, CSFB,
Wire shark, Emil, TTI ,BTSlog check & collection ,implemetaion,2G & 4G Adjacency
Addition & Modification. Customer complains (RF, BSS) rectification & coordination
from third party for rollout sites & Outage restoration. Support for Integration for New
Rollout sites, Network availably & Meeting KPI.
 Troubleshooting All kind’s HW/SW issue in BSC3I,Flexi BSC including SOMAFI
patching
 Working Experience with IPACESS BSC (FEMTO CELSS).
