2. Work Details
Coach the Operators/Technicians (Process/Operation Engineers, Operations
Controllers and Operators) in both theoretical and practical activities as defined
within the Competency frame work and plan and follow-up the work based
activities appropriate to the development of their skills and knowledge. Formally
qualified ASSESSOR and internal verifier (I.V) for Oman Liquefied Natural Gas
Company at Sur.
Presently involved in the preparation of BTEC level 3 assignments and
assessments by EDEXCEL UK, FOR PROCESS AND UTILITY OPERATORS.
Qualified instructor for Simulator training LNG operators and Technicians. (SIMTRONICS)
Report to NGH Department on the Progress, Attendance and Achievement of
persons under training.
In collaboration with other Learning and Development Staff, design, produce and
deliver discipline-related Short Courses.
Support Training Centre team in their delivery and assessment of the practical
competence of the workforce.
Deliver practical courses as required, to enhance practical skills and build upon
theory.
Conduct GAP analysis exercises and produce action Plans.
Observe and monitor Line competence checks of individual
