2. Work Details
 Coach the Operators/Technicians (Process/Operation Engineers, Operations
Controllers and Operators) in both theoretical and practical activities as defined
within the Competency frame work and plan and follow-up the work based
activities appropriate to the development of their skills and knowledge. Formally
qualified ASSESSOR and internal verifier (I.V) for Oman Liquefied Natural Gas
Company at Sur.
 Presently involved in the preparation of BTEC level 3 assignments and
assessments by EDEXCEL UK, FOR PROCESS AND UTILITY OPERATORS.
 Qualified instructor for Simulator training LNG operators and Technicians. (SIMTRONICS)
 Report to NGH Department on the Progress, Attendance and Achievement of
persons under training.
 In collaboration with other Learning and Development Staff, design, produce and
deliver discipline-related Short Courses.
 Support Training Centre team in their delivery and assessment of the practical
competence of the workforce.
 Deliver practical courses as required, to enhance practical skills and build upon
theory.
 Conduct GAP analysis exercises and produce action Plans.
 Observe and monitor Line competence checks of individual

 Monitor performance of Operator/Trainees against plans and take action to
remedy problems in an effective and timely manner.
