Fadi Mohammad Emoush is a Jordanian national born in 1962. He has a diploma in auto engineering from Chelsea College in England from 1982-1986. He worked for 16 years in the Jordanian Army rising to the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. Since then he has worked in vehicle maintenance and logistics for several companies supporting international organizations in Afghanistan, including ANHAM, Supreme, Ecolog, and UNAMA. His roles have included fleet engineering, vehicle operations management, and security supervision. He has extensive experience maintaining fleets of vehicles in challenging conditions.

ANHAM
SPV FLEET ENGINEER
On July 2014 assigned to join SPV Afghanistan.
Tasks
Build SP (Self performance Fleet)and run.
Mission trucks by location and destination.
Readiness for trucks and driver for dispatch mission.
Follow on maintenance and repair all truck fleet and parts order.
Follow on mission dispatch until finish and return to location.
Follow on leased equipment (Reefers ,Clips) Readiness for mission.
Control maintenance schedule for all equipment.
Control maintenance budget for all trucks and equipment.
QA/QC all missions before dispatchand after finish mission.
Coordinate all mission date time load with operation center.
On the 15 of March the fleet where sold to third party company and had to
be released from my passion.
On the 16th December 2010 was contracted with ANHAM as Project Maintenance
Vehicle Manager for HNT Afghanistan.
Maine objects to raise the fleet capacity of maintenance and cycle to be re-
missioned, that been done through the following scope.
1- Depend on the company assets of trucks to do the mission and reduce the
leased vehicle count to reduce the costpaid out.
2- Butting a cycle for recovering the vehicles to three stages.
A- First stage inspection when vehicle back from mission, that determine
the following.
1-Vehicle ready to regular maintenance.
2-Vehicle needs repairs at workshop.
3-Vehicle ready to be re-missioned.
B-second stage butting vehicle under inspection status to re-direct the kind
of maintenance needed as on point 2A.
4. Then the truck will move to available asset.
B- Available asset, that but the vehicle as ready to mission, when assigned
for that another inspection will be issued QA/QC with the vehicle.
3-Re-orgonize the scopeofresponsibility for the sections.
A- Traffic, that responsible for following on drivers and count of trucks and
containers, have all ready to mission on time when required.
B- Mission support, that responsible for truck on road at mission to asset as
needed.
C- Mission closer, when the truck back from mission and all documentation are
in place to close the mission.
As pointed these action increased the percentage of mission for the fleet from 56%
as before December 2010 to over 85% + as of June 2011.

RONCO CONSULTING CORPORATION
On the first of August 2010 I have been re-contracted with RONCO as site security
supervisor for maintaining their fleet of vehicles and weapons, Location Baghdad.
From August 2007 up to August 2010 I worked for myself by treading vehicles
from free Zone Zarqa in to market, Have an understanding with Swedish Co. for
marketing security equipments, which I had some deals with Kurdistan Co.
on the 17th February 2004 I contracted with (RONCO) as security officer for
maintaining fleet and weapons, I have been stationed on the north of Iraq in Erbile
( Head of operation center for North Iraq) up to the 31 December 2005 then I have
Been posted to Basrah on the 15 January 2006 witch I worked on static guards and
Demining security (convoys) on the field up to 31 December 2006, on the 15th
January 2007 I been re-located in Baghdad as senior security officer witch I spend
about 7 months, On the 5th August 2007 I headed back home due to company
reduction for post locations and personal.
