  1. Inspirational leadership, exciting problem to solve, multi-cultural team, freedom to express myself in my work to name a few reasons. A mix of culture, people, internal growth, and respect for the organization. The main reason I've chosen this company is the values, the most important being trust. Working in a remote environment isn't easy, but having a top down approach in leaders practicing trust allows me to showcase my best work and ask for guidance/support when needed. Another reason is it's evident that my colleagues have fortified the culture of being passionate yet openminded about different approaches. This allows us to have various perspectives on our current projects and better understand the impact our work has on one another. Honest, caring, and transparent company. BEE embodies the message that most companies portray, the only difference is, BEE actually stands by the values that they sell you on when joining. "-So much flexibility in the workplace, -The option to work from home (and get more time with my family because I'm here when they come home), -Great supportive colleagues, - A helpful, competent, and understanding manager" I have the ability to continuously experiment and iterate. The concept of failure is absent as every experience is seen as an opportunity to learn. And also I have the flexibility to work from any location that suits me :) Because I'm very proud of what we are doing, the BU, and the values of the Group
