Business development is based on diverse factors, which create
a strong commitment where it is possible to understand essential
elements, which can help in improving organizational
development. The reason why companies engage in business is
to make profits. If an organization is unable to generate
revenues, it means that there is need to evaluate company
performance and its operations in coming up with a better
decision that can be positively engaged in improving company
development (Oshri et al., 2015). WC Progressive Products
have been highly involved in the industry and has been able to
remain competitive across different harsh economic times. The
need to improve the company operations should be considered
as a priority where there is a strong focus on the underlying
concepts, which define a highly successful business context.
Comment by Dr. B.: This is NOT correct reference
citation. You MUST first name ALL the authors, the first time
you use the reference source….THEN you may use et al.,
The available options that the company is considering are
essential in developing a strong emphasis on fundamental
changes based on the company development. Outsourcing is a
key global business strategy where a company decides to
subcontract part of the company value chain to other companies
who specialize in the same activity. The hired company, in this
case, has an agreement with the primary company for delivery
of specified services or materials to help in improving the
company performance as well as the distribution of specialized
quality products to its customers (Tate et al., 2014).
Comment by Dr. B. [2]: See comment above. Also, ending
a paragraph on a reference citation is a “cover your ____”
activity. What you are implying, by doing so is that you
paraphrased all the information in the entire paragraph ---
highly unlikely. In the future cite your sources correctly, and do
not use this format again.
Industrialized economies tend to have a higher cost of
production that makes it very difficult for companies to achieve
their set objectives while limiting its production line to the
rules and regulations within the country. Business organizations
always put into consideration necessary measures where they
focus on ensuring that they can maximize on profit margins. It
is essential to understand the risks and benefits involved in the
company embracing outsourcing and remaining.
Reasons for going
Shifting the company operations to Valhalla seems a logical
decision, which will provide a strong focus on the company
development especially considering the incentives that the
prime minister has been put in place. A key reason for going is
that there are no restrictions. The manufacturing industry in the
United States is highly regulated by the environment protection
agency (EPA), which provides limits of environmental
emissions that the company is required to achieve something
that the company has been struggling for a long time. The
country of Valhalla offers no restriction to pollution and
environment issues which might result from the company
operations which make going a logical decision regarding
limitations and fines that are imposed within the united stated
for noncompliance (Li et al., 2014). Comment by Dr. B. [3]:
According to whom??? Comment by Dr. B. [4]: See above
comment.
Improving company production and product development are
important factors, which play an integral role in creating a
highly successful business environment where it is possible to
achieve better growth. Investing in research and development is
crucial in maintaining robust organizational growth. Going will
ensure that the company is highly committed to improving the
quality of its products while also taking into consideration
product research and development. The prime ministers of
Valhalla have assured the company of continued support, which
is essential and provides a more significant commitment where
it would be easier to achieve positive development (Oshri et
al., 2015).Comment by Dr. B. [5]: So ALL the information in
the three paragraphs cited, so far, is paraphrased – not likely.
Moving to a new country will ensure that the company
maintains a high level of diversity, which provides a critical
emphasis on the level of competition within the industry.
Keeping better outcomes within organizational context is based
on the ability to attract new customers and ensure that there is a
greater organizational development. Diversity within the current
business environment is essential considering that it allows
organizations to focus on crucial changes, which help in
improving the level of organizational development especially
focusing on the international market.
The cost of production is too high in the united states which
means that the company will have a majority of its revenues in
maintaining a healthy business development where it is possible
t create a highly successful business environment. The cost of
labor in the country is 30% less compared to the United States.
There is a need to focus on defining key concepts, which can
help in maintaining a highly successful business environment.
Reasons for staying
Despite the tempting and lucrative offer that WC Progressive
Products has received regarding its overall development. It is
essential to ensure that a high level of engagement where it will
be possible to achieve positive growth defines the decision
made. The company should opt to stay due to different reasons.
The cost of labor in Valhalla is 30% cheaper than in the United
States. However, it is essential to understand that the available
labor is inexperienced. The company will be unable to maintain
its production with immediate effect due to a lack of qualified
personnel, which is an essential factor in the production
process.
The company has already established its market locally, which
is very successful, and shift to the company operations to
another country will destabilize the grip that the company is
currently having on its local market in the United States.
Gaining control of the market is a complicated process, which
provides a unique emphasis on significant changes, which help
in maintaining positive outcomes within the industry. The local
community is heavily dependent on the company considering
that the company has employed many individuals from the local
community as well as additional support. Moving the company
abroad will leave the community exposed which is something
that the company should avoid in maintaining its strong
corporate social responsibility policy (Lund-Thomsen &
Lindgreen, 2014 Comment by Dr. B. [6]: Again!!!!???
Options available
The primary issue that the company is currently facing is its
ability to develop and adopt lasted production technologies due
to reasonable profit margins. It is difficult for the company to
focus on research and development, which are essential
elements in maintaining robust organizational growth. The
company can seek to merge with another company to reduce
costs. The merger will ensure that there is an increased financial
pool, which will provide that there is a strong commitment.
Issues to consider when going the first letter in the main words
of a section title must be capitalized.
EXAMPLE: Issues to Consider When Going
The ability to engage the market is an important aspect that
should be regarded as in maintaining a strong commitment to
the underlying development measures. The company should leap
if there is a strong indication that the move will result in an
increased market share. The company should also ensure that
the cost of production reduces significantly and create a better
operational context. The company should also focus on
improved profit margins when moving to a new location. The
ability to maintain a definite relation highlight important
measures which help in keeping strong understanding of
fundamental processes, which help in improving the company
diversity (Schniederjans et al., 2015). Comment by Dr. B.
[7]: Comment by Dr. B. [8]: Another one!!!
Issues to consider when not going
Sustainability of the company is a critical factor that should be
evaluated. The decision to remain means that the company
should have clearly understood the task its facing and whether it
will be able to overcome them. The ability to satisfy the market
and compliance with critical regulations also forms an
important platform to consider in defining key factors, which
help in improving organizational development. Determining
improved operational environment is based on the integration of
these factors, which contribute to maintaining positive
outcomes (Oshri et al., 2015).
The decision
I would pursue the option that has been given by the prime
minister. The operational environment is amicable which makes
it possible to achieve a greater understanding of business
development. The fact that there is available labor and eager to
work means that the company will develop a training program to
enroll individuals so that they can understand essential tasks
related to the management. The company is already known in
the United stated which means that continued production of its
goods will be consumed by the company customers already in
the market while focusing on improving the company target
audience. The company can still support the community by
developing support programs (Tate et al., 2014).
Employee notification
A meeting will be convened to discuss the company discussion
while also ensure that official communication is made through
email to all individual employees so that they can understand
the decision that is caused by the company and how they will be
influenced with the decision that the company has made.
Message to employees
Following recent production challenges and inability to sustain
the company operations, as it is currently constituted, the
management has decided after a wider consolation with all
stakeholders of the company to move its services to the country
of Valhalla. The decision has been made after effective
deliberation of the situation of the current employees who will
remain the company ambassadors in different capacities
depending on how the transition community will determine. The
wellbeing of all employees is protected regardless of the
potential changes in the company operations.

Cheryl,
Moving to Valhalla is a viable option; however, please
remember that you are still liable for the land and the building
in your current location. I guess you could use the potential
profits from your Valhalla operations to pay taxes and other
upkeep issues revolving around the current location.
Another option, would entail taking advantage of Valhalla's
offer and opening a subsidiary in Valhalla. Basically, operating
in two countries. It does not have to be an either-or situation.
Consequently, you could use the money that would be a profit
from Valhalla to meet the standards here in the U.S. Just a
thought.
However, there is one primary issue that may be a "deal
breaker" if you chose this route...are the citizens of Valhalla
educated and skilled enough to be trained on the processes that
you need to move even a portion of your business over
there. So, there would still be plenty of work and planning in
order to make the consideration a reality! BUT…by the way,
when General Motors moved operations into Mexico and sent
US managers and experience employees to train Mexican
employees, they found these two primary issues to be a
problem. LANGUAGE BARRIERS AND CULTURE! Frankly, it
is easy to say “I will send my experienced staff there.”
However, how do you know any of the employees WANT to go?
Also, there may be some trust and loyalty issues to consider as
well.
COMMENTS REGARDING WRITING:
You have 15 paragraphs in your entire paper – seven of them
are documented as being paraphrased [and the citation is not
formatted correctly]. So, what you are saying is that you
paraphrased nearly half of your paper from your reference
sources, which is highly unlikely and very poor formatting.
Also, you have not followed the instructions. The instructions
clearly state to “Make a list” under numbers 1 and 2. I do not
see a list. Your information in paragraph form is not as clear
and identifiable as a bulleted list. Plus, as I stated, you did not
follow instructions.
For assignment #3 – do not use the same format for referencing
your sources or your paper will not be accepted.

Running head: DEFINITION OF GLOBALIZATION

DEFINITION OF GLOBALIZATION 4
Definition of Globalization

Definition of Globalization
Part I
The definition of the term globalization is a composition of
many important terms as defined by different scholars. Some of
the useful terms in the definition are integration, the spread of
technology and interaction. The term nationalistic is a
component in the definition of globalization, which has not
been widely used. Few definitions of globalization incorporate
it into its definition. The main aspects of globalization are
economy, politics, and socio-culture (King, 2018). Economics is
related to globalization from the fact that it concentrates on the
integration of global economies within the globe. Socio-culture
is also associated with globalization since it involves the
exchange of different cultures between different countries
(Armitage, 2013). Politically, globalization comes in when
different states borrow political rules and norms governing their
state (Nazemroaya, 2012). In simple words, globalization is the
coming together of countries within the globe to improve their
existence on the planet.
Part II
From the video, different dimensions of globalization are
represented. The increase in the number of Facebook users in
the world can be attributed to globalization. As stated above,
the integration component of globalization is seen as the
number of Facebook users has increased. The availability of
Facebook in different languages also explains the socio-cultural
part of globalization. The global spread of media today, along
with the expanding reach of the Internet and services such as
YouTube and Facebook, plays a role in cultural diffusion. (Wild
& Wild, 2019). Technology has also spread throughout the
world, which is evidenced in the number of improved cell phone
systems available in the world and the increased number of
Google users. Globalization in this sense can be explained as a
form of interaction. From the video, quite a large number of
married couples in the world met online which explains the
importance of globalization. I chose these because it explains
the various components of globalization. From the video
interaction, the spread of technology and integration
components of globalization are clearly explained.

Cheryl,
Your Part I and Part II of Assignment #1 are rather limited.
You did not follow the stated instructions.
For example, in Part I the instructions clearly state:
Part I: Research definitions of globalization**. Identify some of
the components of the definitions that you find to be similar and
you think are useful. Which are not? Provide examples of the
various aspects/dimensions associated with globalization and
explain how each aspect/dimension relates to globalization.
Develop and write your own definition of globalization that
you think will help people understand globalization. **Provide
reference citations where appropriate.
I did not see where you identified components of the definitions
that were similar and useful.
Your Part II is limited in summary as well and in identifying the
dimensions that are related to globalization. You defined
globalization very well. In addition, your examples are relevant
and insightful. However, you did not identify the dimensions
that are associated with globalization, for example, political,
financial, economic, cultural concerns etc. You were required to
identify these elements not only for this assignment, to ensure
that you understood the various concepts involved with
global/international management, but also to ensure that you
recognize the considerations associated with global management
for future assignments.
It is apparent that your knowledge of APA 6th Edition
requirements. I have attached an APA Tip Sheet. I strongly
suggest that you review it.

FINAL GRADE ASSIGNMENT #1 = 30 PTS.
Instructions:
Refer to assignment #2 as well as Assignment #1.
You are the owner of WC Progressive Products and you have
made a decision regarding whether you are going to stay in your
current location or whether you will accept the country of
Valhalla’s offer and move operations overseas.
The focus of this assignment is concentrated upon a sales pitch
presentation that you will be giving to your Board of Directors.
They are aware of your decision [you made it together]
however, you are now focusing on how your company will
function and operate as a whole in the future.
First select ONE of the products* from the following list:
· An expensive bicycle
· A distinctive watch
· Hiking boots
· LED Lantern
· Portable Folding Chair
· *No, you may not use another product.
The product you select is the product that your company
manufactures. Use your imagination!
Now, prepare a 6-8 page sales pitch presentation, label each
answer 1, 2, 3, etc. Use reference sources other than your text -
three other than your text. Be sure to cite your references and
provide a reference page.
In your Assignment #3, you are obligated to include the
following:
1) Confirm your decision to stay or go and explain WHY?
2) Explain the advantages of staying or going. Explain the
disadvantages of staying or going.
3) Identify your product and explain anything that may be
special or unique about it. Understand that you are planning to
sell your product internationally – regardless of the decision.
4) (First, refer to information in Chapters 12, 13, & 14 of
your text) explain the region or specific location area that you
will be selling your product – whether you stay or go. (see
screen shots below of topics)
Also, refer to Assignment #1, consider the dimensions of
globalization that you identified when responding to
Assignment #1 in your responses to the following
5) If you chose to stay, explain how you plan to enter the
international market [Be sure to review all your options].
6) If you go, explain if you will sell your product in the local
area or do you plan to expand outside the local region?
Example: Will you sell your product in: Latin America, Europe,
Middle East, Asia?
7) Do not forget to discuss possible price. Explain how you
will distribute your products – regardless of the location of your
operations.
8) Consider whether there are cultural issues of which you
need to be aware.
9) Identify the type of relationship that you plan to have with
the local government.
10) Add anything else that you may think of that would be
important for your audience to know…provide the information.

Running head WC PROGRESSIVE PRODUCTS STAY VS GO .docx

  • 1. Running head: WC PROGRESSIVE PRODUCTS STAY VS GO 1 WC PROGRESSIVE PRODUCTS STAY VS GO 9 WC Progressive Products Stay vs. Go Cheryl Harris Walsh College MGT 457
  • 2. Business development is based on diverse factors, which create a strong commitment where it is possible to understand essential elements, which can help in improving organizational development. The reason why companies engage in business is to make profits. If an organization is unable to generate revenues, it means that there is need to evaluate company performance and its operations in coming up with a better decision that can be positively engaged in improving company development (Oshri et al., 2015). WC Progressive Products have been highly involved in the industry and has been able to remain competitive across different harsh economic times. The need to improve the company operations should be considered as a priority where there is a strong focus on the underlying concepts, which define a highly successful business context. Comment by Dr. B.: This is NOT correct reference citation. You MUST first name ALL the authors, the first time you use the reference source….THEN you may use et al., The available options that the company is considering are essential in developing a strong emphasis on fundamental changes based on the company development. Outsourcing is a key global business strategy where a company decides to subcontract part of the company value chain to other companies who specialize in the same activity. The hired company, in this case, has an agreement with the primary company for delivery of specified services or materials to help in improving the company performance as well as the distribution of specialized quality products to its customers (Tate et al., 2014). Comment by Dr. B. [2]: See comment above. Also, ending a paragraph on a reference citation is a “cover your ____” activity. What you are implying, by doing so is that you paraphrased all the information in the entire paragraph --- highly unlikely. In the future cite your sources correctly, and do not use this format again.
  • 3. Industrialized economies tend to have a higher cost of production that makes it very difficult for companies to achieve their set objectives while limiting its production line to the rules and regulations within the country. Business organizations always put into consideration necessary measures where they focus on ensuring that they can maximize on profit margins. It is essential to understand the risks and benefits involved in the company embracing outsourcing and remaining. Reasons for going Shifting the company operations to Valhalla seems a logical decision, which will provide a strong focus on the company development especially considering the incentives that the prime minister has been put in place. A key reason for going is that there are no restrictions. The manufacturing industry in the United States is highly regulated by the environment protection agency (EPA), which provides limits of environmental emissions that the company is required to achieve something that the company has been struggling for a long time. The country of Valhalla offers no restriction to pollution and environment issues which might result from the company operations which make going a logical decision regarding limitations and fines that are imposed within the united stated for noncompliance (Li et al., 2014). Comment by Dr. B. [3]: According to whom??? Comment by Dr. B. [4]: See above comment. Improving company production and product development are important factors, which play an integral role in creating a highly successful business environment where it is possible to achieve better growth. Investing in research and development is crucial in maintaining robust organizational growth. Going will ensure that the company is highly committed to improving the quality of its products while also taking into consideration product research and development. The prime ministers of Valhalla have assured the company of continued support, which is essential and provides a more significant commitment where
  • 4. it would be easier to achieve positive development (Oshri et al., 2015).Comment by Dr. B. [5]: So ALL the information in the three paragraphs cited, so far, is paraphrased – not likely. Moving to a new country will ensure that the company maintains a high level of diversity, which provides a critical emphasis on the level of competition within the industry. Keeping better outcomes within organizational context is based on the ability to attract new customers and ensure that there is a greater organizational development. Diversity within the current business environment is essential considering that it allows organizations to focus on crucial changes, which help in improving the level of organizational development especially focusing on the international market. The cost of production is too high in the united states which means that the company will have a majority of its revenues in maintaining a healthy business development where it is possible t create a highly successful business environment. The cost of labor in the country is 30% less compared to the United States. There is a need to focus on defining key concepts, which can help in maintaining a highly successful business environment. Reasons for staying Despite the tempting and lucrative offer that WC Progressive Products has received regarding its overall development. It is essential to ensure that a high level of engagement where it will be possible to achieve positive growth defines the decision made. The company should opt to stay due to different reasons. The cost of labor in Valhalla is 30% cheaper than in the United States. However, it is essential to understand that the available labor is inexperienced. The company will be unable to maintain its production with immediate effect due to a lack of qualified personnel, which is an essential factor in the production process. The company has already established its market locally, which is very successful, and shift to the company operations to another country will destabilize the grip that the company is currently having on its local market in the United States.
  • 5. Gaining control of the market is a complicated process, which provides a unique emphasis on significant changes, which help in maintaining positive outcomes within the industry. The local community is heavily dependent on the company considering that the company has employed many individuals from the local community as well as additional support. Moving the company abroad will leave the community exposed which is something that the company should avoid in maintaining its strong corporate social responsibility policy (Lund-Thomsen & Lindgreen, 2014 Comment by Dr. B. [6]: Again!!!!??? Options available The primary issue that the company is currently facing is its ability to develop and adopt lasted production technologies due to reasonable profit margins. It is difficult for the company to focus on research and development, which are essential elements in maintaining robust organizational growth. The company can seek to merge with another company to reduce costs. The merger will ensure that there is an increased financial pool, which will provide that there is a strong commitment. Issues to consider when going the first letter in the main words of a section title must be capitalized. EXAMPLE: Issues to Consider When Going The ability to engage the market is an important aspect that should be regarded as in maintaining a strong commitment to the underlying development measures. The company should leap if there is a strong indication that the move will result in an increased market share. The company should also ensure that the cost of production reduces significantly and create a better operational context. The company should also focus on improved profit margins when moving to a new location. The ability to maintain a definite relation highlight important measures which help in keeping strong understanding of fundamental processes, which help in improving the company diversity (Schniederjans et al., 2015). Comment by Dr. B. [7]: Comment by Dr. B. [8]: Another one!!! Issues to consider when not going
  • 6. Sustainability of the company is a critical factor that should be evaluated. The decision to remain means that the company should have clearly understood the task its facing and whether it will be able to overcome them. The ability to satisfy the market and compliance with critical regulations also forms an important platform to consider in defining key factors, which help in improving organizational development. Determining improved operational environment is based on the integration of these factors, which contribute to maintaining positive outcomes (Oshri et al., 2015). The decision I would pursue the option that has been given by the prime minister. The operational environment is amicable which makes it possible to achieve a greater understanding of business development. The fact that there is available labor and eager to work means that the company will develop a training program to enroll individuals so that they can understand essential tasks related to the management. The company is already known in the United stated which means that continued production of its goods will be consumed by the company customers already in the market while focusing on improving the company target audience. The company can still support the community by developing support programs (Tate et al., 2014). Employee notification A meeting will be convened to discuss the company discussion while also ensure that official communication is made through email to all individual employees so that they can understand the decision that is caused by the company and how they will be influenced with the decision that the company has made. Message to employees Following recent production challenges and inability to sustain the company operations, as it is currently constituted, the management has decided after a wider consolation with all stakeholders of the company to move its services to the country of Valhalla. The decision has been made after effective deliberation of the situation of the current employees who will
  • 7. remain the company ambassadors in different capacities depending on how the transition community will determine. The wellbeing of all employees is protected regardless of the potential changes in the company operations. Cheryl, Moving to Valhalla is a viable option; however, please remember that you are still liable for the land and the building in your current location. I guess you could use the potential profits from your Valhalla operations to pay taxes and other upkeep issues revolving around the current location.
  • 8. Another option, would entail taking advantage of Valhalla's offer and opening a subsidiary in Valhalla. Basically, operating in two countries. It does not have to be an either-or situation. Consequently, you could use the money that would be a profit from Valhalla to meet the standards here in the U.S. Just a thought. However, there is one primary issue that may be a "deal breaker" if you chose this route...are the citizens of Valhalla educated and skilled enough to be trained on the processes that you need to move even a portion of your business over there. So, there would still be plenty of work and planning in order to make the consideration a reality! BUT…by the way, when General Motors moved operations into Mexico and sent US managers and experience employees to train Mexican employees, they found these two primary issues to be a problem. LANGUAGE BARRIERS AND CULTURE! Frankly, it is easy to say “I will send my experienced staff there.” However, how do you know any of the employees WANT to go? Also, there may be some trust and loyalty issues to consider as well. COMMENTS REGARDING WRITING: You have 15 paragraphs in your entire paper – seven of them are documented as being paraphrased [and the citation is not formatted correctly]. So, what you are saying is that you paraphrased nearly half of your paper from your reference sources, which is highly unlikely and very poor formatting. Also, you have not followed the instructions. The instructions clearly state to “Make a list” under numbers 1 and 2. I do not see a list. Your information in paragraph form is not as clear and identifiable as a bulleted list. Plus, as I stated, you did not follow instructions. For assignment #3 – do not use the same format for referencing your sources or your paper will not be accepted. GRADE: ORGANIZATION: -4 PTS. APA WRITING AND FORMATTING: -5 PTS.
  • 9. FINAL GRADE ASSIGNMENT #2 = 41 PTS. /Dr. B. Running head: DEFINITION OF GLOBALIZATION 1 DEFINITION OF GLOBALIZATION 4 Definition of Globalization Cheryl Harris Walsh College MGT 457 Definition of Globalization Part I The definition of the term globalization is a composition of many important terms as defined by different scholars. Some of the useful terms in the definition are integration, the spread of technology and interaction. The term nationalistic is a component in the definition of globalization, which has not been widely used. Few definitions of globalization incorporate it into its definition. The main aspects of globalization are economy, politics, and socio-culture (King, 2018). Economics is related to globalization from the fact that it concentrates on the integration of global economies within the globe. Socio-culture is also associated with globalization since it involves the exchange of different cultures between different countries (Armitage, 2013). Politically, globalization comes in when different states borrow political rules and norms governing their state (Nazemroaya, 2012). In simple words, globalization is the
  • 10. coming together of countries within the globe to improve their existence on the planet. Part II From the video, different dimensions of globalization are represented. The increase in the number of Facebook users in the world can be attributed to globalization. As stated above, the integration component of globalization is seen as the number of Facebook users has increased. The availability of Facebook in different languages also explains the socio-cultural part of globalization. The global spread of media today, along with the expanding reach of the Internet and services such as YouTube and Facebook, plays a role in cultural diffusion. (Wild & Wild, 2019). Technology has also spread throughout the world, which is evidenced in the number of improved cell phone systems available in the world and the increased number of Google users. Globalization in this sense can be explained as a form of interaction. From the video, quite a large number of married couples in the world met online which explains the importance of globalization. I chose these because it explains the various components of globalization. From the video interaction, the spread of technology and integration components of globalization are clearly explained. • 11. Cheryl, Your Part I and Part II of Assignment #1 are rather limited. You did not follow the stated instructions. For example, in Part I the instructions clearly state: Part I: Research definitions of globalization**. Identify some of the components of the definitions that you find to be similar and you think are useful. Which are not? Provide examples of the various aspects/dimensions associated with globalization and explain how each aspect/dimension relates to globalization. Develop and write your own definition of globalization that you think will help people understand globalization. **Provide reference citations where appropriate. I did not see where you identified components of the definitions that were similar and useful. Your Part II is limited in summary as well and in identifying the dimensions that are related to globalization. You defined globalization very well. In addition, your examples are relevant and insightful. However, you did not identify the dimensions that are associated with globalization, for example, political, financial, economic, cultural concerns etc. You were required to identify these elements not only for this assignment, to ensure that you understood the various concepts involved with global/international management, but also to ensure that you recognize the considerations associated with global management for future assignments. It is apparent that your knowledge of APA 6th Edition requirements. I have attached an APA Tip Sheet. I strongly suggest that you review it. BASED ON RUBRIC: -5 PTS. ORGANIZATION -6 PTS. • 12. Instructions: Refer to assignment #2 as well as Assignment #1. You are the owner of WC Progressive Products and you have made a decision regarding whether you are going to stay in your current location or whether you will accept the country of Valhalla’s offer and move operations overseas. The focus of this assignment is concentrated upon a sales pitch presentation that you will be giving to your Board of Directors. They are aware of your decision [you made it together] however, you are now focusing on how your company will function and operate as a whole in the future. First select ONE of the products* from the following list: · An expensive bicycle · A distinctive watch · Hiking boots · LED Lantern · Portable Folding Chair · *No, you may not use another product. The product you select is the product that your company manufactures. Use your imagination! Now, prepare a 6-8 page sales pitch presentation, label each answer 1, 2, 3, etc. Use reference sources other than your text - three other than your text.
