• Talavera Municipal Jail is a 1st class urban municipality in the province of Nueva
Ecija, Philippines.
• Most of us know the most common problem is extreme over crowding is the most
punishing aspect of doing times of jail and no proper toilet and bath because of that
they become less immune to viruses and infection and also they lack of medication to
cure theire ilneses and overcrowding is dangerous to health and to human life. It
because diseases break down Discipline and exarcerbates tention. Havining to fight for
air and space 24 hour a day make jail in the word of inmates a living hell,

• The researcher take this topic to know the situation of inmates in
talavera municipal jail. To help them improve their lifestyles until will
be back in community.
• And also to improve the penitentiary performance
