2. What we do?
We take of Human Resources for the Family of Companies which includes:
o HCOB
o ASREB
o Hondros Learning
o NBCI
o Hondros Management
Some of the areas we are responsible for include:
o Payroll
o Recruiting for all positions including instructors
o HFOC Intranet http://intranet.hondros.com (lots of great information out here)
o Hiring, onboarding and training of new associates
o Performance appraisals
o Company events such as the annual meeting/holiday party and picnic
o Benefits (for instructors you could be eligible at some point for our retirement
plan)
o Merit increase process
o Associate Policies and Procedures
o Wellness programs – including our Fitbit program
o Associate Volunteering
o Employee recognition programs including annual awards
o Employee culture and moral, employee engagement
o Compliance (lots of government regulations to comply with)
o Employee relations
o Ongoing training of our associates
o And anything else that impacts our associates
