Create an attendance roster using the Forms app in Google Apps for Work.

2. Open a New Form in Google Drive

3. Name It

4. Select Question Format

5. Add Questions

6. Make the Answer Required

7. Format Form

8. Select Who Can Respond (Paid Accounts Only)

9. Click the 3 Dots to Select a Destination

10. Response Sheet on Drive

11. Create a Link to Insert in Email

12. Compose New Email and Hit Insert Tab

13. Hit Hyperlink Icon

14. Name the Link, Paste URL and Click OK
