1. SAVING THE WORLD FROM OURSELVES
The root of the problem with most attempts to correct social inadequacies is that human nature
prevents or impedes the taking away of power, money, or status from those who have it.
Whether it is medical reform, gun control, political contribution reform, tort reform. These
will always be popularly mainstream supported championed efforts to correct perceived social
ills, however, it will always be fought and very little actual progress will be made for the
corresponding effort. We as humans have as a primal motivation to acquire personal
resources. We acquire those things that bring us what we perceive are symbols of success
within our own cultures. Material accumulation, obtaining social status, and obtaining
positions of influence, are all pursuits that connect all of us. We as the human species innately
resist taking away these things, at all levels. Government will be hesitant to implement change
models, unless the programs bring direct, short term results. Companies and people, with
physical assets, who are in a position to control, who are in a position of power will resist
efforts that lead to the reduction of possession, ability to obtain them, or take away their power.
The solutions which address the root causes for most of these initiatives, almost always will
negatively impact the current stakeholders. That is to say, models which have a time frame to
bring about desired change within one generation are destined to be met with resistance. That
is why programs which have target milestones, at two or more generations from time of
implementation, have the highest probability to manifest long term, self sustaining processes,
which address the core project mission and objectives. This is a fundamental concept which
has to be understood and embraced. Long term solutions to our social ills have to target a
power shift which will not impact the current stakeholders and entities which have control in
their foreseeable future.
THE LONG TERM SOLUTION?
We as a society need to look at solutions or better processes that can be placed into motion that
will allow a generation or more from now to bear the fruit of efforts put forth today. That is to
say an analytical view needs to take place in looking at each particular condition, and then
address the root causes of that condition, in order to determine what needs to be implemented
in order to address that condition.
With respect to the effects of capitalism and the global economies, several social ills seem to
be historically related. Exploitation of resources, both natural and human, is a recurring
byproduct; and that is undeniable. At the core of our efforts, will be initiatives to prepare that
localized society from having both its human and natural resources from unmitigated
exploitation. We acknowledge that the process of modernization and the natural population
growth necessitates that we apply or use these resources. However, an educated, aware, and
capable society that prepares itself for the inevitable ever increasing association with
capitalism, is in a position to have equal footing in the way those resources are used. In
essence, empowerment.
PRIMARY AREAS OF FOCUS WILL BE WESTERN HEMISHPERE
Our organization has established contacts and has had human resource experience in South
America, Central America, and the Caribbean. However, we believe that by providing lessons

elsewhere by giving consideration to local area cultural and societal norms.
TAKING INTO ACCOUNT DIFFERENT CULTURAL NORMS
In the United States, for example, sensitivity or real acknowledgement of the effect that
different cultures have on their citizens in the western hemisphere often leads to
miscommunication with dealing in international relations. A person’s actions are based on
their own social norms. Many of these norms are foundations on which we make decisions.
On a subconscious level, we as people, assume that others share certain, same unalienable
rights as humans. For instance, the separation of church and state is a concept that is not
globally shared. However, many decisions are made on that premise. Gender equality is
another concept that is not universal; neither is religious coexistence. We find ourselves today
in relations in which these differences rudimentarily affect our ability to communicate and
obtain consensus on many issues. The natural instinct is to educate the other party as to why
their own position is the correct one. These attempts usually are misinterpreted as
condescending acts, and lead to primal reactions between the parties. Let us be clear, in order
for true communication and progress to made, the objective of maintaining the cultural
integrity of other cultures has to be a salient point in all initiatives. The ability for different
cultural norms to coexist is an objective of our initiatives. The need for each society to
maintain their cultural integrity throughout organization’s project implementation is a goal.
BUILDING THE MECHANISM NECESSARY FOR IMPLEMENTING CHANGE
We will provide the mechanism through which social and economic projects, programs, or
initiatives can manifest themselves with proper project management coordination, of all
capitalistic, not for profit, and charitable organizations, available.
In most cases, the need for a collaboration of economically driven initiatives, those efforts
which have a monetary incentive, with not for profit and augmented with charity work, is
imperative for implementing processes which will have a chance for producing desired long
term results. This is one of the main goals of our organization; to put together project teams
which coordinate activities of capitalistic ventures, sovereign government programs, not for
profit organizations, and charitable work. We believe that by putting together these resources,
mutually beneficial, self sustaining processes can be put into motion.
Historically, mankind’s technological and scientific breakthroughs have occurred as a result of
military endeavors, capitalistic ventures, or due to exploitation efforts in order to further a
material or ideological goal. Unprotected and unprepared, human and natural resources will
continue to be exploited. It is a premise of our undertaking, that the manifestations that are a
result of the interactions of a free willed, educated, capable, well intentioned society cannot be
controlled or dictated to their detriment in the pursuit of another’s gain. It is hoped that that
the tolerant open view of complimentary coexistence which helped to form the ideology
central to this organization’s formation, will continue to be a core component of our values.
Our purpose in this capitalistic venture is to establish the infrastructure necessary to educate,
formally and through vocation, in underdeveloped areas of the world. We will provide the
mechanisms through which various entities can carry out efforts on behalf of their own
organizations, and can be implemented in such a way that when aggregately carried out in
concert with other initiatives, mutually beneficial goals will be met. We will study each

3. implementation project. We will refine actions which function and improve on their
deployment. We will take note of the effect of each project on the local societal cultural
idiosyncrasies in order to be able to adapt its applicability to other areas. We will form entities
which can promote research at the university level for further development of implemented
models in order to form case studies. We will form think tanks to be a governmental resource.
We will create social and economic infrastructures, in chosen locations, to allow self sustaining
programs to grow that with time, will educate and prepare that localized society to be on a
level intellectual playing field with other developed areas of the world.
We will specifically look to implement the following:
1. We will form project goals and objectives specific to that project with a target timeline
of one year. These goals and objectives will be agreed to in writing by all
organizations involved in the project.
2. Educate and establish infrastructure for a self sustaining process to be in place in order
to continue educating further generations.
3. Develop mechanisms to create sustainable vehicles for creating physical infrastructures,
sanitation, water, roads, communications, utilities, which can develop at a functional
level, and in accordance with that local society’s local governance.
4. Emphasize renewable energy resources and processes which are sustainable with
minimum destruction of natural resources.
5. Through the coordination of governmental, private, not for profit organizations, and
charitable organizations efforts and initiatives, deploy their actions in such a way to
complement their efforts to optimize the establishment of sustainable processes, which
can be managed by the local society’s governance.
6. Establish sustainable institutions which are necessary to that society (libraries,
hospitals, schools)
7. Work with other existing organizations whose goals are complimentary, and by
coordinating efforts, bring about a sustainable end-product for all coordinated
organizations.
8. We will analyze potential locations, look at political constraints, look for subsidies,
local economic factors, infrastructure deficiencies, educational limitations, and cultural
nuances in order to determine the application of mechanisms to be applied in order to
form sustainable processes for growth, change, and the empowerment of that society.
The limajuliette Foundation
4. The goals that we seek are not novel. When presented as separate philosophical ideas, they are
embraced by most as good ideas, and worth pursuing. Historically, the mechanisms deployed
in order to either create or to implement reform have had limited success due to either
resistance from those these efforts threatened as well as the inability of these actions taken in
isolation, of other necessary complementary ones, to singularly form the mechanisms for
sustainability.
SPECIFIC ACTIONS THAT OUR ORGANIZATION SEES AS NECESSARY FIRST STEPS
Develop contacts within economic development groups within the western hemisphere.
Develop contacts within each country with governmental and private entities.
Identify not for profit entities and define their mission, objectives, resource potential, and
development plausible interaction models, through which their objectives can be met in
coordinated project proposals.
Maintain as an objective of all localized societal programs, processes which will lead to energy
independence, movement towards renewable energy resources, and the integration of macro
energy plan in order for local program and future plan to be compatible.
Establish educational programs that embrace local culture and norms, and that can be self
sustaining.
Establish manufacturing concepts.
Investigate governmental restrictions on foreign organizations involvement in projects within
their country.
Assessment of local labor pool
Skilled, non skilled, education level, current employment trends
Factors that our organization will consider in deciding which projects to implement:
National political climate stability
Predisposed to empower general population.
Severity of conditions which are to be reformed
Plausibility of obtaining goals
SPECIFIC EXAMPLES OF SOCIAL ILLS
POVERTY
The unequal footing of the majority of the world’s population leads to human exploitation.
GLOBAL WARMING
Global warming is a byproduct of the capitalistic machine. Even efforts to regulate the way
that businesses carry out their operations which effect both the environment and people, cannot
compensate the human instinct of gain. Gain happens even at the most innocuous evolutions.
People on the highway will typically speed if they feel they won’t get ticketed. Even when the
risk exists, people will speed, if others around are doing it. It is the human reaction of loss, or
of not taking what is rightfully theirs; almost an entitlement mentality.
So, global warming must be addressed inherently in the moral fabric of the aggregate
leadership, the pool of human resource that is actually leading these capitalistic efforts and that
ultimately control the impetus of what businesses should do and put in place social barriers to

5. minimize digressions which ultimately cause damage to society in degrading the human
condition both socially and in our environment.
SUMMARY
We believe the ideology we are embracing is shared by others. We hope that if you are
reading these words than you as well see utility in our approach. We will initiate projects that
pose no threat to those who are in control or stand to lose material wealth, either in
governmental or private sectors. We will present all of our projects as being a benefit to those
in power. We have as a goal to empower these local societies to have the raw intellectual raw
material 2 to 3 generations from time of implementation, and for them to be on equivalent
footing to others in the developed parts of the world. Our ability as a species to mitigate the
short-sighted utilization of our human and natural resources is key to our continued existence
on our planet. Without putting mechanisms in place to mitigate short sighted human and
natural resource exploitation, we as the human race, should be fearful for our continued
existence on planet earth.
