SMART ECONOMY. Economic development through collaboration between cities This is a session that aims to combine the traditional format for Sabadell Smart Congress sessions, with an interactive debate among session’s speakers, once they have presented their respective papers. Due to the current poor economic situation, governments are in a position of playing an increasingly important role in the implementation of economic reforms.
