area. This Industrial Area Kharkhoda is going to be developed as an industrial hub including integrated
sites for Industrial,Commercial &Institutional areas along with adjoining residential areas for
operational convenience &promoting walk-to-work culture.

The petitioner has wanted directions to the authorities to allot plots as per his claim in terms ofthe land
pooling theme and to permithim to use for allotmentin terms ofthe advertisements being issued by
HSIIDC to allot plots by draw oftons to the petitioner as per his claim in terms ofthe land poo ling theme.
The petitioner's land placedin village Rampur in Sonipat was non-heritable by the statefor HSIIDC
through a notification dated April one,2010 for developing IMTKharkhoda. A complete ofaround3300
acres ofland was to be non-heritable.
The petitioner had opted for five-hundredths ofhis non-heritable land to be thought-aboutfor a land
pooling theme.As per the given policy, the petitionerwas entitledto an allotmentof3 plots of450 sqm
and one plot of800 sq. meters. However, he has not been given plots even once ten years ofacquisition of
the land.
T erms and Conditions to buy HSIIDC Kharkhoda Plots

• 10%value ofthe plot/shed towards earnest along with applicable process fee (non-refundable)
