accented with the latest trends and techniques of the field coupled with a wide range of skill sets. His core
competencies include Business Strategy Planning, Domestic & International Business Development, Operations,
Greenfield & Brownfield Projects, Mergers & Acquisitions, Joint Ventures & technology Transfer. Ashwini has
impeccable skills of Corporate Communications, Financial Management, Team Management, Analytical thinking,
Organizational & leadership development.
Jyoti M Kappal is the Business Director of MindActiv Consulting Pvt. Ltd. She is a Post Graduate in Business
Management with a university degree in commerce. Jyoti has a Diploma in Training and Development from
ISTD(Indian Society for Training and Development, New Delhi). After having worked in banking and finance sector
with leading institutions for over 10 years, Jyoti has been doing recruitments along with training fresh graduates,
industry professionals on developmental skills and domain knowledge for more than 5 years. Jyoti has also
successfully conducted transition management and induction courses for leading banks across designations. She
has trained close to 3000 fresh graduates and 1000 professionals till date and has a strong engagement connect
with the participants. Jyoti belongs to NCR, however is settled in Mumbai with family.
Roma Puri is a Consultant with MindActiv Consulting Pvt. Ltd and is the brain behind content development and
management. She is a post graduate in Business Management with a university degree in commerce. Roma has a
fellowship from IIM Kolkatta(2002-2008) and has three publications to her credit. Roma was awarded “Kulwant
Rai” Gold Medal for securing first position in PGDBM. For more than a decade, Roma has been conducting courses
and sessions at leading institutes, on resource management. Her specialization is Organizational Behaviour and
Human Resource Management: Principles of Management,, Understanding Behavior at Work, Developing Human
Resources, Interpersonal and Group Processes. Roma lives in Kolkatta.
Sandeep Gupta is a Director with MindActiv Consulting Pvt. Ltd. He is a qualified company secretary, chartered
accountant(intermediate) and law graduate. Sandeep has been in the industry for the last 12 years and has strong
experience in company & legal affairs, taxation and financial management. In this association with MindActiv,
Sandeep provides direction, strategy and execution to the organization’s consulting business.
