WHO IS THE H.R.M.
Most of the time the H.R.M. is found through
internal recruitment.
A high percentage of women are found in the
personnel service.

understands situations, difference of
cultures, languages and ethnic diversity of
the different groups within the company
and its environment.
He must be a poly-cultural person, who makes
use of a vast general knowledge.
