“My logo is a representation of the union
between this cities, Cuenca and Riga. This
takes place through the San Pablo Bridge
of Cuenca, where we find the name of
the project (K-219) and together the
Hanging Houses of Cuenca with the
Freedom Monument of Riga, whose stars
are represented in the dark sky. The 8-
pointed star of the Cuenca shield is also
incorporated.
The red colour of the monuments reflects
the proximity between both cities with
this
project. The blue colour symbolizes the
friendship and illusion that transmits the
exchange of cultures.”

represents the union, with an eye inside,

and downs through the hexagonal
shape. The path also expresses
freedom when you manage to get

describe suffering and light colours to
symbolise freedom and happiness.”

“With the sun I wanted to represent
happiness. In addition it is a universal
symbol, recognised by all (because we can
all see it above in the sky) and for this
reason it expresses union, also
represented by the circular shape. The
paper plane symbolizes youth. There is a
contrast between the colours: orange and
yellow - warm - and a range of blues - cold
- to help the feeling of fun and joy to stand
out.”

“Hi, I’m Miriam and I’m from
IES Pedro Mercedes
(Cuenca, Spain). I did this
logo which have some
resources like the arrows,

universality of the project.
Besides, the colors I used
have a meaning too. Orange,
yellow... to transmit energy,
friendship, happy vibes, etc.
I hope you like it!”

“I have wanted to express with
this logo how fantastic it must
be to learn and know languages
and cultures other than our
own. I therefore have put the
colors of the rainbow to point
out how colorful and wonderful
that has to be the journey, live
new experiences. Also by doing
that tour we manage to enrich
ourselves and to bring to them
our culture and language, a trip
of exchange of emotions.”

“With my logo I wanted to express how you
can break the rules in a safe way. Being
different or standing out of the crowd is
not that difficult.
I have chosen cold colours such as blue and
green to reflect safety and serenity above
all.”
