I have a son, says Rose, about to turn the majority. 
He did not finish the studies, and now neither study 
nor work. Out with his skate in the street and come 
back late. I work long hours away from home and 
my husband manages their permissions and catches 
his eye, but is too soft for me and my son fail. Now 
my husband have operated a tumor and I have been 
in charge of my three children, quite alone because 
he has to recover. All I get are discussing, and I 
finished exhausted. My son does not even respect in 
this situation.
A little over a decade that speaks of the 
generation "ni-ni", a phenomenon that is 
present in the reality of many families with 
teenagers whose common factor is the existence 
of a lack of interest from young teenager to raise 
a life in the short or long term. The young man 
with no intention of voluntarily isolated change. 
The young man needs security, trust, autonomy, 
responsibility and independence; and get help. 
This leads him to isolate and unwind with 
friends.
When the information age came, I thought in 
countries like Guatemala, where more than 20 
dialects spoken indigenous communities. These 
areas were the poorest, with the highest rates of 
illiteracy and now with the new wave, facing the 
threat of reaching extreme poverty.
