DearFriends
Constructing a complex facility or upgrades
from the design stage to the initial
productionwithoutanybigaccidentsisquite
an achievement. Successful investment
project, since there will be no ROI until a
plant is operating efficiently. However
commissioning and Start-up is not an easy
feat, it takes careful project coordination,
the right contracting strategy, a good team
and many other aspects to ensure that a
plantiscommissionedandstartedupsafely.
This workshop will focus on the important
aspects of planning and the management of
the commissioning process, managing the
interface between pre-commissioning,
mechanical completion and commissioning.
Join me at this flagship event where I will
discuss all aspects of commissioning from
handover to production and initial start-up
of projects. Do not miss this chance to learn
from my own experience in world class
internationalcommissioningandto network
with other commissioning and start-up
professionalsfromallovertheworld.
