What Does This Mean For Us?Four  The teams that this will have the most impact on is Marketing, IT, and Sales.  We will be running our own UI / UX tests on our websites + apps to constantly improve user experience and engagement.  This can include analyzing current data, using survey forms on the websites, focus groups doing live tests of our apps, etc.
