PROCESS OF INSTITUTIONAL BUILDING: THE COOPERATIVE
The current problem requires the willingness to cooperate among all the members of
the cooperative because of the need to survive the different political, social,
economic, technological, cultural and religious changes that take place over time.
The cooperation fostered and supported decision-making in a participatory manner
among the different members of the groups, taking into account a doctrine based on
values and principles, allowing for collective well-being.
For the cooperative to survive the situation must be the means to exchange ideas
among the members who form the cooperative respecting gender, religion, political
position, economic condition with the purpose of meeting the needs and aspirations
in general.
The cooperative must help the members that integrate it to respect the diverse
opinions that are generated during the process to establish the type of cooperation
and purpose. The cooperative has to work with great emphasis on how to combine
what each member knows, can and want without generating conflicts, complexity
among the members.
The cooperative can survive if the leader who directs it works in a communicative and
empathetic way with each member, this will allow to fulfill all the proposed objectives
so that everyone benefits.
"Great discoveries and improvements invariably involve the cooperation of many
minds" (Alexander Graham Bell).
