FINAL YEAR PROJECT:
Host Based Intrusion Detection System using System Call Introspection.
Host-based Intrusion Detection Systems is used to monitor the behavior
and state of a computer system and inform the administrator if there is a security breach. The
system would reduce false positive rate by analyzing system calls, application logs, and other
host activities and state. This System in implemented in Linux using C programming and Shell
Scripts.
