Vice Chancellor . Raised and established a Private University in 2011 .Since then been the Vice Chancellor.
Director General National Cadet Corps:-
* Head of the largest uniformed youth organization in the world spread across the length and breadth of the
country. NCC training is being implemented in over 5000 colleges and 8000 schools in India.
* Interacted at apex level with the political and administrative hierarchy, Raksha Mantri, Governors,
Chief Ministers, Service Chiefs, Defence Secretary.
* Planned, organised, trained, administrated, motivated and integrated a youth force of over 13 lakh
boy and girl cadets, 2000 officers and 20,000 subordinate staff .
* Adept in crisis and disaster management and disaster risk reduction.
* Formulated policy initiatives for organizational development.
* Managed legal, discipline and vigilance aspects of 1.3 million strong force.
* Interacted with leaders and youth delegations from Russia, Singapore, Israel, Kazakhstan, Vietnam, Srilanka,

3. Foreign Assignments
* Military Advisor to High Commissioner of India in Pakistan (3 Years). Developed excellent diplomatic skills and
rapport with diplomats from all over the globe. Functioned successfully in a crisis environment during the crucial
period of Op Parakaram.
* Military Advisor to Republic of Seychelles (2 Years and 6 Months). First MA to the Government of Seychelles, in
addition to rendering military advice to the President, conceptualized and set up the Seychelles Defence Academy
for training of foreign armies. Designed the syllabus and implemented it. Awarded Vishisht Seva Medal for
distinguished service.
