Question Tag

2.  “Question Tag” is used on the basis of helping verb used
in the sentence.
 “Question Tag” is negative in the Assertive Sentence.
 Ex. “We are” turns to “Aren’t we?”
 “you are” turns to “aren’t you?”
 “he is” turns to “isn’t he?”
 “Question Tag” is positive in the Negative Sentence.
 “I am not a doctor. Am I?”

3.  He does not play football.
 I shall drink tea.
 You will draw a picture.
 You will not walk fast.
 My brother sang a song.
 He sees a film.
 I am a teacher.
 Does he?
 Shan’t I?
 Won’t you?
 Will you?
 Didn’t he?
 Doesn’t he?
