growth brings new priorities
Network & Technology Team
 we are on track in 2013 to process 65 million transactions, a 300%
increase on the previous calendar year
 our priorities shifted in early 2013 onto new network infrastructure,
back-end data aggregation, new data processes, and reporting
 our development team has also been growing which has meant
more time spent on bringing everyone up to speed
 we have also needed new network related staff to help us support
the new infrastructure

the backdrop to the coming year
User Interface
 most of our account dashboard is built by java developers; brilliant
software engineers for whom appearance is second to function
 our new approach to the dashboard UI is to have designers and PHP
coders create the front-end of the application and connect to the
back-end java using data services
 the peer-to-peer theme rollers are built using this new approach
 everything in the software is being re-built on this new foundation

what’s been delivered already in 2013?
Several Key New Features
 in January we delivered a new transactional data format for export
files, including major improvements to the data segments like the
currency converter
 in January we delivered a tool for you to track the referrer of a
campaign whenever a campaign URL is shared
 in February we delivered a new function for you to import
transactional data
 in March we delivered a new tool to connect our platform to any
segment generated by an external CRM

what’s in development right now?
Reporting, CRM, Membership
 a major current focus is on data integration with other CRM
offerings: ROI Solutions, Salesforce, and Raiser’s Edge
 reporting is being implemented with our new UI framework, and is
rolling out as the aggregate tables are released; broadcast reporting
will be first
 membership system has just been released (for both paid and
unpaid membership)
 account user permissions are being completely overhauled

for editing, and standardized themes
