The American web television series '13 Reasons Why' depicts
the story of a 17 year old girl, Hannah, who commits suicide
because of multiple reasons (13, to be precise). The series
itself is set in the time after Hannah's death.
Throughout the series' first season, the character of Clay
Jensen has an injury on his forehead which never seems to
heal. On the contrary, he gets into scenarios where his injury
gets bruised up again, multiple times, thereby making it last
throughout the season.
This was a clever method implemented by the producers to
ensure something without resorting to traditional methods.
Identify what purpose did Clay's never-healing scar fulfil given
the type of show it was.

What did they do ?
One of the most popular and widely believed urban legends of
the Hollywood is that - Walt Disney, the pioneer of the American
animation industry, is cryogenically preserved so that he could
be brought back to life once the science had been developed.
Other variations of this legend say that it was only his head that
was preserved and that he is currently 'stored' under
Disneyland’s Pirates of the Caribbean ride.
While this may or may not be true, Walt Disney Animation
Studio did something in 2013 which has led to another amazing
conspiracy theory. It speculates that Disney Studio did this
specifically so as to overshadow the Google search results
related to the rumors about Walt Disney's cryogenic
preservation.

Movie was named FROZEN
They released a movie called ‘Frozen’ so that whenever people search for
Disney Frozen, it shows the results for the hit film. The fact that they could
have named the movie anything better but chose to go with ‘Frozen’ makes
this conspiracy theory interesting.

Identify X?
X completed his paratrooper training in just over eight months,
and Major General C. W. G. Rich awarded him the prestigious
Screaming Eagles patch on January 11, 1962. On June 29, 1962,
Captain Gilbert Batchman granted X an honorable discharge on the
basis of unsuitability. X later spoke of his dislike of the army and
falsely stated that he had received a medical discharge after
breaking his ankle during his 26th parachute jump. Paul McCartney
and Ringo Starr had first seen X performing on 11 January 1967 at
the Bag O'Nails club in London. On 4 june 1967 McCartney, George
Harrison, Jane Asher and Pattie Boyd watched them headline a bill
at the city's Saville Theatre. X opened his set with a version of the
title track from The Beatles' Sgt Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band
album, which had been released just three days before. On that
night, X, played a white Stratocaster.

Identify the song ?
Shortly before the album's release, speculation
arose that the song was deliberately trying to
refer to LSD, but the lead singer repeatedly
denied that he had intended it as a drug song.
While he instead attributed the song's fantastical
imagery to his reading of Lewis Carroll's Alice in
Wonderland books, other stories attribute the
song to be inspired by something his son did.

Identify the catchphrase and Y ?
This catchphrase describes a certain fictional character – X’s
preference for the preparation of his Ys. A theory behind why
X has such a preference is that —
While preparing a Y in this way, more ice melts than in the
preparation by the other method. This dilutes the contents of
Y and thus helps X stay more sober and alert, which is quite
important given the type of profession he was in. Also, a Y
prepared in this way has more antioxidants than the one
prepared by the other method.
Y has been deemed as “the only American invention as
perfect as the sonnet” and “the elixir of quietude”.

For over a month, Pierce, who worked in the textile
industry, was privy to one of the most talked-about murder
trials in the country. "He fired three shots at ____. One
missed, one grazed his head, and the third killed him. I saw
the skull, it was evidence in the court," recalls Pierce.

Identify X and Y?
X’s attitude towards his most famous creation was ambivalent. In 1891 he
had written to his mother, “I think of slaying Y… and winding him up for
good and all. He takes my mind from better things.” His mother’s reply:
“You won’t! You can’t! You mustn’t!” In an attempt to deflect publishers'
demands for more Y stories, he raised his price to a level intended to
discourage them, but found they were willing to pay even the large sums
he asked. As a result, he became one of the best-paid authors of his time.
