Problem Statement
Brand: The Luxury Closet
Improve the Cart page of an e-Commerce
mobile app store that sells luxury watches
and bags so that the conversion rate
increases by 25% month on month.
BRAND STORY
A leading online boutique for buying and selling
new and pre-owned luxury items including
handbags, clothing, watches and jewelry. Founded
in Dubai in 2011, and with over 16,000 unique
items in our range. The Luxury Closet has built the
largest marketplace for luxury items on Middle
East and is now looking to expand into the Indian
Market. Consently working to add, improve and
disrupt the online business strategy model. Existing Website and Application

I arrived at these after analysing some of
the best and worst Indian eCommerce
fashion apps. The aim behind conducting
research and user group interviews was to
understand luxury eCommerce fashion
brands. Moreover, to understand the
purchasing behaviour and motivation
behind building a new one/updating the
current.

From the insights, I started prototyping on paper and later made a digital wireframes.

  • 3. CASE STUDY Problem Statement Brand: The Luxury Closet Improve the Cart page of an e-Commerce mobile app store that sells luxury watches and bags so that the conversion rate increases by 25% month on month.
  • 4. BRAND STORY A leading online boutique for buying and selling new and pre-owned luxury items including handbags, clothing, watches and jewelry. Founded in Dubai in 2011, and with over 16,000 unique items in our range. The Luxury Closet has built the largest marketplace for luxury items on Middle East and is now looking to expand into the Indian Market.
