 Adani Power is a subsidiary of Indian conglomerate
Adani Group with head office at Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
 Incorporation of the company – August 22, 1996
 The company was converted to a public limited
company on April 12, 2007 and the name was changed
to Adani Power limited.
 One of the largest private power generating company
in India.

 The company is India’s largest thermal private power
producer with capacity of 8580 MW.
 Also it is the largest solar power producer of India with
capacity of 40 MW.
 The company currently implements 16,500 MW at
different stages of construction.
 First company to implement the supercritical
technology .
 Mission is to achieve 20,000 MW by 2020

5. FUTURE PLANS
 2640 MW thermal power project at Dahej in Gujarat
 1320 MW thermal power project at chhindwara in MP
 3300 MW thermal power project at Bhadreshwar in
Gujarat
 Invest $2 billion in Odisha
 The company is bidding for 1000 MW of lignite coal
based power plant at Kosovo showing its international
projects.

 Nava Bharat Ventures Limited (NBV) is a diversified
organization with interests in power generation, ferro
alloys, mining and agri-business.
 The Company is in business for nearly four decades
and operates in different geographies spanning across
India, South East Asia and Africa.
 The headquarter of the company is in Hyderabad
Telangana.

 Nava Bharat (Singapore) Pte. Limited (NBS), a wholly
owned subsidiary of NBV, is the overseas investment
arm in various business verticals and geographies.
 Maamba Collieries Limited (MCL), a subsidiary of
NBS, is the largest coal mining company in Zambia
and is implementing a mine mouth, 300 MW thermal
power project in Phase-I.
