address the following Quality Criteria (based
on the required criteria for QPA
accreditation)
Your SIP must include a staff development plan
As part of Continuous Improvement, have you created (and do you actively
use) a Technical Assistance Team (this should consist of administrators and
other staff not within your school)?
Does your plan address professional learning for all staff regarding state
assessments? KCCRS?
Remember the new language of accrediting agencies will use the term
“Professional Learning” as opposed to “Professional Development”
