2. As you construct your SIP, think how you will
address the following Quality Criteria (based
on the required criteria for QPA
accreditation)
 Your SIP must include a staff development plan
 As part of Continuous Improvement, have you created (and do you actively
use) a Technical Assistance Team (this should consist of administrators and
other staff not within your school)?
 Does your plan address professional learning for all staff regarding state
assessments? KCCRS?
 Remember the new language of accrediting agencies will use the term
“Professional Learning” as opposed to “Professional Development”
