2. Record your responses using the sound
recorder on the computer.
Be sure to make a test recording before
you begin the oral proficiency exam.
Follow the instructions on the next three
slides for the device you are using.
Be sure you have a microphone headset
or ear buds.
4. Test Prep: Sound Recorder
Check sound: Put on your microphone headset. Press On
button, count out loud to 5, press Off, press rewind, press Play
and listen to your recording. Can you hear yourself? Is your voice
clear? If there is a problem notify your teacher. Rewind.

5. Test PREP (IPods):
Put on your headset/earbuds.
Press the Record button
Count out loud 1-5. Be sure to speak clearly and directly
into the microphone
