Thermofusible fibres are fused by passing between two hot cylinders under pressure

• 1 smooth bottom roll + 1 engraved top roll
• Fabric weight : 5 to 200 g/m² (2 engraved rolls available)
• Oil heating of rolls up to 250°C
• Cooling rolls group
• Speed : 5 to 220 m/min

              THERMOBONDING OVEN WITH COOLING CALANDER
Thermofusible fibres are bonded thanks to a flow of hot air going through the web
Technical specifications of the HIPerTherm Oven from STRAHM :
- 1 Heating Zone and 1 Cooling / heating zone
- Process Temperature : 60 to 250°C
- Working Width : 1.3 m
- Thickness adjustable thanks to a double
 conveyor.
- Cold calender to densify the product
- Speed : 0.5 to 20 m/min

Fibres are entangled thanks to barbed needles going up and down in the web

Technical specifications of the ANDRITZ Needlepunch A50-RL DF4:
- Upstream, downstream or alternative movement
- 1200 strokes/min max
- Working width : 1.5 m
- Boards with 3600 or 7000 needles/m
- Can be used also to bind several webs together
