2. The application process
Before I formally
applied, I recieved a
week of emails to get
to know the company
and it's owner, Steve
Kantor.

3. Quickbase
Doing quickbase was
pretty straightforward

4. Recruit Triangle
I really liked the company, I thought it was
unique, but I didn't like the chances of getting
hired,
until.........

5. Recruit Triangle Join
I learned about the recruit triangle process
and decided that a 1 in 2 chance of getting
hired was much better. Way better than an
interview

6. Efficiency Triangle Progress
I joined the triangle as a member, my leader
got hired and dropped out and asked me to
step in.

7. From Member to Leader
I was thrilled! I like leading,
it has helped boost my
confidence.

8. Triangle
I love my members. This experience has
reinforced the value of doing things quickly,
figuring out who I am as a person, and keeping
a schedule. It feels really good. The lessons I
have learned so far, will stick with me the rest
of my life. It's only been a month, but I can't
wait to experience more of this company.
