1. To measure the satisfaction level of the
customers with reference to product quality
provided by flipkart.

expectations of the customers.

SCOPE OF STUDY
This research will help the organization to know the
satisfaction level of the customers of Flipkart in
Spicer Adventist University.
SAMPLE SIZE
30 RESPONDANTS
LIMITATIONS
1. Some of the respondents did not answer
few questions.
2. Time was a major limitation in completing
this research.
3. Some of the respondents refused to give
their opinions.
FINDINGS
1. 80% of the respondents were Female and 20%
Male.
2. Age 18-20 50% and 21-23 50%
3. 80% purchase Clothing, 13% Footwear and 7%
Electronics.
4. 50% of the respondents look for Quality, 23%
Brand, 23% Price and 4% Durability.
5. 96% of the respondents are satisfied with the
product quality and only 4% dissatisfied.
CONCLUSION
Results from the findings showed that large
number of respondents from Spicer adventist
university are highly satisfied with the
product quality provided by the E-commerce
company Flipkart.

  • 4. OBJECTIVES 1. To measure the satisfaction level of the customers with reference to product quality provided by flipkart. 1. To collect and evaluate ideas/views and expectations of the customers. 1. To understand the features that attracts the customers.
  • 5. RESEARCH METHODOLOGY ◼Research methodology is the original contribution to the existing stock of knowledge. ◼Research design refers to the choice of specific methods of data collection and analysis.

  • 7. METHODS OF DATA COLLECTION 1. Secondary data collection method 2. Primary data collection method SCOPE OF STUDY This research will help the organization to know the satisfaction level of the customers of Flipkart in Spicer Adventist University. SAMPLE SIZE 30 RESPONDANTS
  • 8. LIMITATIONS 1. Some of the respondents did not answer few questions. 2. Time was a major limitation in completing this research. 3. Some of the respondents refused to give their opinions.
  • 9. FINDINGS 1. 80% of the respondents were Female and 20% Male. 2. Age 18-20 50% and 21-23 50% 3. 80% purchase Clothing, 13% Footwear and 7% Electronics. 4. 50% of the respondents look for Quality, 23% Brand, 23% Price and 4% Durability. 5. 96% of the respondents are satisfied with the product quality and only 4% dissatisfied.
  • 10. CONCLUSION Results from the findings showed that large number of respondents from Spicer adventist university are highly satisfied with the product quality provided by the E-commerce company Flipkart.
