I am Prabhu kiran and I am from Vishakhapatnam
About my family, there are four members in my family including me, my father who is working in
defense, my mother is a homemaker. I have one sister, she got married.
About my education, I had completed my B.E in MECHANICAL stream in WELLFARE INSTITUTE OF
SCIENCE TECHNOLOGY & MANAGEMENT in VISAKHAPATNAM. I did my DIPLOMA in SWAMY
VIVEKANANDA POLYTECHNIC in BOBBILI and my schooling in BHASHYAM High School in
VISAKHAPATNAM.
About my working experience,
I have worked as”Assistant MechanicalEngineer” in N.S.T.L (MINISTRY OF DEFENCE).
I have carried out Fabrication drawings by using AUTOCAD
software for NSTL PROJECTS. Alsoi havecarried outfew mechanical testinglike
TENSILE TESTINGS, MICROHARDNESS TESTING etc...
I have worked as QA/QC Engineer (MECHANICAL DEPARTMENT) in VARUN HI-
TECH ENGINEERING SERVICES, VISAKHAPATNAM.
My one and only goal in life is to become a MECHANICAL engineer.
My role model is Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam
My hobbies are bike racing with my friends.
My strengths are believed my confidence and I am a hardworking person.
I can't reveal my weakness because it is strength for others.
My short term goal is to get any one job in MNC Company.
And my long term goal is respected position in the society.
In my achievements, I won prize and lot of certificate for handwriting competition in my school days.
And my key to success is hard work; I cannot prefer shortcuts to achieving my goal.

2 ANS:
I want to work at our company because every person needs a platform to start his
career. I think your company is a great platform for me to work and grow in
environment where performance I rewarded with new responsibility and challenges.
Prove myself be an asset to the organizing and team by making maximum use of
resource available.
3. Whydid youwantto resignfromyour previousjob?
3 ANS:
First of all, yes even I want to thanks my previous organization because at critical
stage when we were struggling to get a job, my previous company provided me a
platform to start & meanwhile, improve my career in the respective field.
The reason I left the previous job is yes due to my personal problems and my
presence was very much important at that time for my family, hence without another
option, I quit my job.
And whatever happened happens for a good reason.
Apart from that, every human being wishes that in this competitive field they have to
keep on upgrading their technical skills as, well as professional skills & financial
development either.

Because I am a hard worker. And I am very punctual about my work. And very
important thing is I love my field, that is why I am so much dedicated about my work,
and I can assure you that I can do my best.

3. 6. What is the differencebetween hard work and smart work?
Am explaining with an example,
You are asked to prepare a copy of original Japanese brochure consist of one page
for the general meeting within 10 minutes. But you have to go shopping since the
xerox machine of your office was repaired.
Hard work: you are going to shop at a high speed and arrived the office after taking
the xerox at last minute.
Smart work: even though you don't know the Japanese language, you are copying
the thing in that original brochure simply in one page within 5 minutes.

I think there is no such thing called pressure, it is just a state of mind. And if there is
a burden of work for me I would take it as a opportunity to enhance my knowledge
and skills. It will indeed help me perform better.

Yes Sir, I have no problem to relocate myself. I easily adapt new environment.

My self-confidence and my self belief that I can do better motivates me.

work as long as I feel challenge and I am growing professionally.

Yes, Sir I done my best work and doing also that is try to know my mistake and
recover me by myself without doing same mistake & take knowledge from it.

Yes. I have one year experience in managing three people. I
distributed work to each member of my team, provided assistance
and guidance, and mentored each employee to be a better
employee.

Honesty is the best policy. I shall give the correct advice and leave the decision to

Sir, taking decisions are not tough, the tough is to move with that decision and at the
same way once we take the decision even though it's tough. It seems like an easy
decision only.

I deal with different types of people very well, but if I have a
