2. INTRODUCTION
 Unemployment is a term referring to individuals who are
employable and seeking a job but are unable to find a job.
Furthermore, it is those people in the workforce or pool of
people who are available for work that does not have an
appropriate job.
 Usually measured by the unemployment rate, which is
dividing the number of unemployed people by the total
number of people in the workforce, unemployment serves
as one of the indicator of an economy’s status.

3.  The objectives of study which we have to follow are to fix
underdevelopment , to increase industrial development , to
maintain growth of employment during economic reforms.
 First we discover the standard of jobs , after which the safety
employment is based on the supply of social safety
advantages.

 In India many of the financial progress has been jobless , at this stage of
financial progress many roles couldn’t be created.
 The schooling system in India is flawed , it fails to develop human sources
correctly , would wish drastic adjustments.
 Labor force participation rate in India average 53.90 % from 2005 until 2018 ,it
may grow as a result of an increase in the population.
 Under neoliberalism while the rate of growth of output has doubled to around
7-8 %,the rate of growth of employment has halved.
 Rapidly growing population is the main and unsolved problem for
unemployment.
 Underdevelopment , inappropriate technology , inadequate employment
planning are some other problems of unemployment

6. RESEARCH METHODLOGY
 I have answered my research questions by going through the certain
desirable and marketing books, different Magazines, and plenty of
websites. My teachers are also a great resource for my research question
by talking to them and getting their precious knowledge I have well
defined my research questions and tried to fulfill them with simple
answers.
 I have positioned myself within the larger field of research by simply
understanding the meaning of Employment Crisis in India and explaining it
well in this project. I have researched thoroughly in different websites and
after working on this project I have understood that job crisis in India is a
serious issue and these problem can be fixed by different methods and on
applying those methods we can really see the growth in employment
sector in India

 India is a fast growing economy. There are has been enormous improvement in
the unemployment scenario the time. It was recognized as a challenge.
 The wide spread skill development programmers have gained popularity across
the nation .
 With better enforcement of the strategies mentioned above, the employment
level can be significantly improved. Unemployment is the grave problem of India.
There is lack of work facility among the people.
 The country is not developing just because of the unemployed people. Such
system only few people get the job remains becomes unemployed. Hence, there
is the major unemployment problem in India.
 It is seen that around 4-5 years back institutions were not allowed to admit
students even up to 45 per cent of marks means low grade students are
admitted in various professional courses. It become utmost difficult for institutions
to develop desired skills up to the level which is required to grab the job in any
good industry
