Students were surveyed about their experience receiving video feedback on assignments and generally responded positively, finding it more personal and clear than written feedback. While response rates were low, students indicated they enjoyed watching their own and others' video feedback and would like to see more instructors adopt the video feedback approach. Some instructors were ambivalent about using video feedback, but students clearly expressed a preference for receiving assignments back with video commentary rather than just written comments.
