This is a course aimed at familiarizing
students with business English and

business English skills.
It introduces business vocabulary and
expression necessary for working in
the office.
This course is designed for junior
students who want to learn English an

8. CLASS PROCEDURE
LEVEL TEST & DEMO CLASS
Students must take our free level test before they enroll.
Level test takes approximately 10minutes to complete and the result will be sent via email by
the next business day. One 20min-demo class is given to any student free upon request.
CLASS SCHEDULE ARRANGEMENT

At the class time, the student has to be online on SKYPE program so that our teacher can video
call the student.
DAILY & MONTHLY FEEDBACK
After class, our teacher will send the student’s daily feedback through email. Monthly feedback
will be sent every 1st week of the month.

After level test and payment, we will arrange the class Mon-Fri and it should be a fixed time.

MAKE-UP CLASS
You can get a refund of 50% of
the cost the tuition left in case
you have more than 4 weeks of
classes left and it will be given
within 40 days by CPILS.
You should pay your tuition
before the 2nd class starts. If you
do not pay your tuition in full
before it, your class shall
automatically canceled.
In cases of business strike, typhoons,
earthquakes and other circumstances
beyond control, it understood that CPILS
or the agency does not have any
responsibility.
During official Philippines
holidays, there will be no classes.
Those classes will be held during
the holidays.
We will guarantee you the number of
class minutes but if we can't do it due to
the internet connection problem we can
give a full class session on arranged
schedule on the same day or reset date if
the student wants.

CPILS has the right to change or add rules and programs at any time.
SUB-CLASS06
Due to a holiday, retirement, or sickness,
if teachers can’t teach in the class they
will be replaced with other teachers.
ABSENCE
Being absent in the class without
informing us prior to it, there will
be no make-up class.

CLASS HOLD
You can transfer your remaining
classes to another student with once.
08CLASS TRANSFER
Maximum 3 classes/Month will be held
provided that you notify us prior to one day
before the class. We allow long-term class
hold(more than 4weeks)
