2. The story line
Earl Brooks, a highly respected businessman but also an
attendant of the AA meetings. Earl, also known as Thumbprint
killer let's his alter ego and Marshall overtake him as he
murders a couple making love. Caught in action by another
murder fetish being,who takes a photograph of him in action
then later murdering thumbprint killer. A parralel story as the
police investigation of its own has problems. The police officer
in charge has her own problems of a messy divorce and a
former threat of revenge escapes from prison.

4. Camera
The camera angle here is a low angle
shot. This makes us look up to the
character. By the character washing his
hands you get a sense of distress as its
the opening image. This could hun to
murder as its a thriller.
This camera angle is also a low angle
shot, however the cmera is focusing
us on the fact he is drying his hands
with white tissue. This could be
symbolising him cleaning the blood
from his hands away or any evidence
he had left.

close up allows us too see his
tense, concerned and slightly
psychiatric facial expression.
5. Editing
The use of firstly showing a peice of text instantly
created tension and suspence. This specific peice of
text straight away tells the audience that it's a
psychology thriller.
Whilst this is on the screen, there is a prayer being said
by the murder with a fetish. This created worry and
fast fear within the first minutes of the movie already
clipping people to want too watch it.
6. Mise en scene
The mise en scene in the clip starts off with the
white sink and the mirror. By the murderer
looking into the mirror this can make the
appearance of the character trying to work out
who is actually is. However as it is a
psychological thriller, it could also be seen as
him looking in the mirror and seeing his next
victim.
The mise en scene in this is the use of the white
tissue. The is could represent ruining innocence,
white being the colour of innocence and by
mimicking wiping blood off a victim and the
evidence off his hands is ruining his once
