I have grown more knowledgeable in many different aspects, since I have been
participating in this cardio class.
One thing I will mention first is how much more aware I have become with the things I

I have made many changes for the better in my diet and my exercise routine. I have

the gym, because I have learned the right ways to utilize the equipment, and what exercises are
best for my body. I feel so much better that when I work out knowing that I am not overworking
my body. I am paying attention to my heart rate and keeping it in the right range so that I stay
healthy and in the fat burning zone for my body.
I have learned so much about the difference in people’s body’s, that the same workout for
one person would have totally different effects than it would on me. I have learned how
important it is to be in tune with your body, and what to do to live a healthy lifestyle.
