7. Over 10 years ago, I was 40+ pounds
overweight. My clothes didn't fit, I
was always tired, moody and feeling
insecure a majority of the time. I was
eating poorly, sleeping
poorly, investing my time in toxic
relationships and feeling STUCK in
life. I remember getting on a scale at
one point and thinking to myself "this
isn't really me, I need to take
control". I decided in that moment, I
didn't want to live my life
uncomfortable in my own skin any

practicing my unhealthy lifestyle
